How to get new Twitter Profile Page and other features

ADVERTISMENTS

From last few months Twitter is making lot of changes to its surface/interface (be it minor or major update). Talking about recent Twitter activities then they have made a light change in user interface. It was a minor update and it helped users to access Twitter with better speed (not much difference though). Now Twitter has made a major change directly to the profile pages of users. Yes! You heard it right. Twitter has made some changes to profile pages and now they are looking somewhat similar to Facebook interface (FB Pages mainly). You can yourself observe all the changes and similarities between new Twitter Profile Page and Facebook pages.

If we leave this thing aside then twitter has made some more changes to the internal structure. Here I am mentioning all of them:

• Best Tweets: it is a new term which works according to its name. It will help you find out your best engaging tweets that will be shown in a bold/bigger font than usual Tweets. Engaging Tweets are the tweets that have managed to cover more replies and re-tweets.
• Pinned Tweet: It is a unique thing which is not there with most of other social media platforms. It will allow you to pin any one of your tweet on your profile. The pinned tweet will pop up at the top of your other tweets in your profile.
• New Filtering System: New filtering system allows you to filter out tweets with more categories. It will help you out with your time means with this updated filtering system you will be able to find out older tweets at better pace.
• Lots more

How to get new Twitter Profile Page

Although Twitter has wide plans for serving new changes to most of the users but as of now it is limited to selected users only. Twitter is gradually rolling out this update for most of the users and you will surely get it in coming weeks (might take few weeks though). Twitter will release this update on global basis after checking/verifying it from all the possible angles.

In case you don’t want to wait that longer and want to access all the new Twitter features now then you will have to create new Twitter account. Twitter has announced that these changes will be directly implemented on all new profiles so you can give it a try by creating a new Twitter account (just for testing purpose).
